Here's a turn-up for the books: our new Australian customer services rep is called Rosie Gentle.
I'm sorry, but people called Rosie Gentle do not work in customer services. People who work in customer services are called Nicky or Tracy. Anyone bearing the name Rosie Gentle is wasted in this line of work. She should have her own series of children's books, or perhaps be appearing in Midsomer Murders, as the eccentric spinster who lives in the cottage on the edge of the wood, who owns seven cats and is harbouring a dark secret.
