Joshua: Daddy! Tunnel! Tunnel! Toby! Tunnel!
Me: Josh, that train's too big for that tunnel, isn't it?
Joshua: Stuck! Tunnel...
Me: Yes, it's a new design and it won't go through the tunnel. But look - I bet it will go along over the bridge, won't it? Do you want to try that? Come on; see if you can make it go over the bridge.
Joshua: <places train and carriage at the foot of the bridge, then stands back and stares at it intently> Go on! Go on!
Me: <doubles up>
